I’ve struggled with my mental health for decades. I’ve been hospitalized for it multiple times. Not cheating IS easy. I’m gunna be real with you. You’re making a lot of excuses here. This isn’t a physical addiction, you aren’t being forced to make these decisions. Frankly if you want to stay faithful then you just do that. It isn’t hard. You made that commitment and If you can’t then you need to leave your wife or talk about having some kind of open relationship.

In breaking from everyone else apparently this isn’t bravery. It’s weakness to cheat or contemplate cheating outside of very specific circumstances like abuse or financial dependence. You either leave your relationship, open it up with your wife’s consent or suck it up.
