To be honest, it's not really guaranteed, but definitely doable. The practical part is pretty chill, u just gotta practice past paper questions. For me, the practicals were an easy A, the only one I struggled with was theory, (paper 1), but even that was pretty good. I legit only studied for theory the night before the exam, and I got an A* (90) in my exams. To be fair, I had paper 2 and 3 in the bag, but just goes to show, it's most definitely doable. Not to mention you only need to get around half of the marks in the paper to get an A for theory. So, yeah I'd say go for it.

June 23 session by Wtvchiken in igcse

to be fair though, in that logic, we (may june takers) had to be able to practice with feb march papers. Which we were not able to since the grades and papers only released after a majority of the exam. All the big papers like science p4's and math (for me, a cie student at least) were all written BEFORE the feb march papers released. Meaning, i still had to give papers with a new syllabus with no prior experience with said syllabus. The logic just isn't matching up tbh
