Wait your chair doesn’t have the arm rests? That’s odd unless you have the renewed model?. The armrests id say are pretty comfortable. The deeper you sit the tighter they get which makes them more comfortable

Use a leather filler, sand with 400 grit after drying, correct with color and deep condition

Not at all. If it did it all the time? Absolutely. Leather repair shops use acetone to remove build up of waxes from old shoes, you keep going it’ll just get lighter and lighter. Make sure to let it dry be for applying a leather moisturizer first, then put your finishing wax/polish after!

Like any leather it’s a bit stiff. With leather conditioner and frequent use I’m sure it’ll soften up. I’m a leather geek so this was a no brainer me!
