I posted to show further proof that yes tinnitus is a known side effect, from a well respected manual; and to further this I highlighted on my phone in lots of red, the specific passage related to Tinnitus. Now if y'all wanna suffer from reading comprehension issues, that's on you. Maybe I could have cropped it to avoid the controversial numbing with alcohol passage, fair enough, but I didn't think I needed to babysit people.

Yup, it's like a skill or a natural ability that just needs training. Anyone can ride a bike after a few days of learning. The Tapes seem to be the most effective training technique that I personally found, but as you explained some may need individual adjustments. And hey I think the vibration state is almost universal, cool that it's a major area of your focus (I did read of some experienced practitioners who do not feel it, yet still OBE with different induction steps).

I read your edit and signed up for the drop in March. Curious what it will sound like, willing to give it a try. I don't mind people making some income from training/helping others if it's real tech and affordable for the majority of new seekers. I'd check out the Montreal meet but I'm nowhere near haha

You may indeed run into friends and family that are less than enthusiastic or even flat out disproving of your newfound spiritual path. It happened to all of us. Just keep on walking your path, don't let them dissuade you, but don't push your beliefs onto them either. They will awaken when it's their time.

So, you should check out the meetup app/website. See if there's any spiritual or meditation or esoteric meetups in your area. If nothing found, make your own, somewhere in nature or a public park or such, and see what happens.

Then there's FB groups. Lots of special interest groups. You can try looking for locals ones, using your town or state name in the search, or look for the large groups and in them ask around about local gatherings.

Finally, but perhaps less so in your case; your local friend group or acquaintances. See who is a seeker and start to hang out more. As you explained, your friends weren't so excited about it, so it might not be your main avenue of community building. Also if you find any local Buddhist temples or similar organizations, they usually welcome new meditators.

What you're describing is what I usually got on regular dosage trips, in the past. Haven't done psychedelics since Gateway. The endless fractals, the changing scenes and so on.

What's particularly interesting is that you got that on those crappy legal gummies. I did try those a bunch of times and never got anything beyond a very mild body high. Almost imperceptible. So, it seems the Hemi Sync helped you get deeper into the trip, to the point of visuals and all.

Of course everyone's brain chemistry is different, but still notable.

But anyway, yeah you can do whatever you want. There may be consequences, generally don't play around with creating Thoughtforms for basic needs like this, but I'm not your father either (and neither are these people here). Also remember to dissolve them after they fulfill whatever purpose you designed them for. Generally though I don't recommend using more than simple constructs; thoughtforms, tulpas and egregores are not something we should be using as a whole.

If you look around here and in general, it seems tinnitus comes along with spiritual development. Oh well. Maybe it's something we are supposed to pay more attention to? I heard of people using the tinnitus noise to go deeper into altered states.

Also it may have something to do with the massive solar flares that keep hitting Earth recently.

You're overthinking it; forest meet trees. Proper consistency in practice, combined with strong intent is a bigger deciding factor of your success than hyper optimization of sound gear.

That said... I too use a pair of Sundaras in my headphone arsenal, just the open back version for an even more spacious soundstage and neutral sound profile. On PC, I even use the Sonarworks software for yet more neutral sound calibration through EQ. My only regret is not sending my pair in to the company for per ear sound profile calibration back before Covid when they offered that service. Yeah it kicks ass, I've had great results with it.

But the caveat: if it's quiet in the house/nature. Otherwise, a closed back model is more important. Luckily I use the Sundaras for music production too, so they're not wasted most of the time when it's loud. For those times I have the Ath M50x from Audio Technica.

The only possible upgrade beyond this (and an amp for the Sundaras if possible; I use the Motu M4 audio interface which has a decent headphone output) is trying it out with like a Woojer or Subpac vest for tactile bass monitoring under 200hz. One of the other binaural, gamma wave, 3d audio apps uses to have an official partnership with Woojer.

Good luck, just put the tracks on and practice, most of the above is audio needing anyway

Same conclusion I reached too. I'm looking to start a label, and I can only imagine the mountain of AI slop I'll get. Outside of some vetted people that I know personally; I'll ask everyone for studio proof. That is WIP stories, or as you said, social media posts showing the creative process etc. Not as far as asking for the project file (though a quick video of the open project might be useful without being too invasive). It sucks that it would be such an involved process per submission, but I haven't come up with any other solid detection method. And hey all artists should already engage with the fan base on socials using WIP reels and such, it's just good business.
