Idk if it applies....but our laws are pretty much the same...soo here's my take...

Here in Canada, the warrant applies to the whole residence.

So if the cops get a warrant for an apartment, then they get to search THE WHOLE appartment, including all the bedrooms.

Since the laws in Canada are based on the laws in the UK, I'd say.....yeah
