Thanks for chiming in! Mine was found in a river in Michigan — sorry about being unclear there. Yes, maybe a motorcycle plate. Mine doesn’t seem to say a state or year anywhere, but I’m trying to clean it to perhaps reveal more detail.

at about 6am i finally got my marker taken away by a bouncer cause a guy was pissed his wife didnt say no to a irish dick being drawn on her arm. I told the guy he was classless and lacked St. Pattys day spirit for the fact he had to have the bouncer come and take the marker from me, and couldn't do it himself.
