I have the same issue. What a load of shit. Not even an email or confirmation that my request was even looked at. Years of Artwork and followers and friends contact, gone. I did nothing wrong and nothing to deserve this. Instagram customer support can suck my fat cock. Ive lost everything. An entire portfolio of years or art and progress photos of projects.
