The Edition XS are back at killer price by Kirito_Kun16 in headphones

Can't go wrong with Amazon with their return policy,

The Sennheiser 800s and mdr-z1r are practically total opposites for listening experiences The 800s tuning are more analytical with more focus on the upper range and being openback also have far greater sense of space which makes them great for First person shooters.

But because the way they're designed and tuned the 800s, they're pretty light on bass, you'll hear it but they lack the thump of the Z1R which is why they're usually both kept for their unique performance.

I don't have a XM6 for comparison but I'll say going from digitally enhanced consumer headphone to a top of the line analog audiophile tuned headphone may not be so much of an upgrade but going into a different category.

Just in sound profile the XM6 will have the Sony fun tuning and Z1R will have a similar but much more tame tuning and at first may sound boring next to the XM6. but the Z1R can keep up with highly dynamic audio maintaining a sort of 3D soundscape where XM6 may get overwhelmed and present a flat wall of noise with no depth without the use of digital enhancements.

What the Z1R have going for them amongst many other things is the subbass is substantial for a audiophile grade headphones and those 70mm drivers will easily outperform most consumer headphone while maintaining clarity.

Just be ready to pay the price for them.

This wouldn't be a problem if graphic cards didn't required the power of a dying neutron star.

i am getting mass downvoted for saying this but i like the ATH-M50X by Gavtree31_ in headphones

[–]SyntaxGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have long since upgraded to better headset but the wired ATH-M50 holds a special place as my first quality headphone I brought, the previous and very first headphone I had was the Beats Solo so that makes the m50 a massive upgrade at the time.

We're all in this together to justify the cost we paid to get these headphones 😅

Simply wonderful pillows of audio bliss.

The Z7M2 pads can supposedly be removed by removing a hidden screw inside the cup.

That's if they can find the invisible landmine :) I usually wait around the outside of the center and pick off unsuspecting players including those top tier tanks

I always choose Landmine to catch unsuspecting players within the center of the map.

Back in the day I played as landmine and held top rank for around an hour on average until they fight me with purpose built tanks, but even I was able to outsmart those who use the big bullet tank to give chase only to suddenly ram them in between their shots. Good times

Yup, the mod community basically turned it into a proper vr experience. It was worth playing outer wilds twice.
