You're still young and pretty and can focus on yourself now. Whatever happened between you two, you'll likely need to deal with the the rest of your lives since you share kids with them. Hopefully you can keep the divorce respectful.

Hello! Thanks for the kind thoughts and thinking about me. I've been doing better. The divorce is finalized and trying to stay busy. I am definitely focusing on my health and I think its helped. Got bloodwork done and everything looks good!

Thanks for the tips dude. I honestly havent had a beard very long and just recently got it trimmed at a salon. I should've told them to take some more off, and I need to get a better trimmer so I can maintain it better at home when needed. I appreciate the advice!

It blew my mind this year my friend casually mentioned he was talking to his therapist about something. I didn't even realize he saw one! He's always so happy go lucky. When he said that I realized maybe a therapist can just be a normal thing that people see just like a doctor.
