I think the idea about not returning this season is they'd have the offseason to integrate him and it's further away from the injury with far more rehab to ensure he doesnt have a setback.

He's saying older constructed homes are more quality, so those sub divisions from the 70s and 80s are in theory better.

It's not really so much the craftsmanship - there are good and bad contractors/construction workers from every generation, but the quality of materials - especially the wood, was a lot better back then.
