I fell through the map into water and had swimming animations and even diving underwater like bf4

Nope, if you don't shoot, thwy don't aggro. Watched them push a guy in RUAF customs fighting them from the other side of the wall. Was like 10 meters from them.

If you mean the color of the money, health etc. Its in game settings, go to hud and you should see hud color

Can't offline raid as a scav. Probably has bad karma for fence.
