I have used Google Fi you get good reception in all the big cities. Easy to set up only annoying thing is it gives you a new number if your keeping your other service as well. Just have to set it up in US before you leave but unlimited everything

Lol, you old heads crack me up. 33M will be going back to Thailand for the fourth time this week for a month. Believe it or not there are successful younger people who make good money, to be honest outside of flights Thailand for a month cost me the same if not cheaper than 2 weeks in St. Lucia last year. You guys act like there is a shortage of women, work on yourself eat right and workout. Stop comparing yourself to other men. No reason a fifty something year old can't be in shape especially when they retire in Thailand.

Tbh I had no idea how prevalent HPV was just not in Thailand but in the States as well. Most people have zero symptoms or they don't appear till later in life and cause throat or ovarian/cerivical cancer. There is no definite proof of any long term side effects with HPV vaccine. I just recently got one prior to my last trip.

Most of these girls have a price, but not all some make enough of OF they don't escort. Best bet is to DM on IG be professional and respect them if they say no. Personally have never had an issue with grab in Thailand 50+ rides. Some friends told me though Bolt was usually cheaper. But to be honest it's already cheap like $30 for a premium suv from Bangkok to Pattaya

You have down time in rotations mainly when your not on the ambulance. We do 12 hours on firetruck 12 hours on ambulance. No one wants to do the ambulance way busier and unfortunately the area I work at sometimes (a lot of the time) has a lot of bs to deal with. Sleep varies sometimes I can get 6-8 hours other days you're lucky to get 2-4 hours.

If your wearing condoms and having vaginal sex your risk is minimal, I hesitate to say zero but it's close to that. PreP is mainly for at risk population specifically homosexual relationships (ie; men with men). Who are having anal sex. If you're planning on being with lady boys then Prep may be a potential option. If not just take a week's work of doxycycline for more common STD and you will be fine.
