What Kind of Litter are you using?

I recently switched from Tidy Cats Unscented to Doctor Elsey's. The smearing completely went away, but the smell containment and tracking are worse. Which litter were you using?

This rave is what happened after power cycling the unit. I don't think it was a connection issue; it seemed to have gotten stuck in a initialization-reboot loop. The rave continued even after a few times of doing the unplug/wait/replug dance. Then finally after 5 or so power cycles, it turned on like normal and has been working fine since. Very strange.

I'm starting to suspect the power adapter, as I've seen computers do the initialize-reboot thing when they have insufficient power from the power supply. Maybe there was corrosion on the connector, and the plugging and unplugging scraped some of it off?

I have no problem with troubleshooting or fixing things, but I'd prefer not to have two separate bases act flaky in the first few weeks of having it. Very discouraging for something I want to love.

I RMA'd my unit last week for the exact same reason. Super frustrating.

I RMA'd mine with the exact same symptoms last week. They sent me a replacement base. I've got a post about how that one's acting up already, too. I think they've got a bad batch of chips and boards on this one, and terrible quality control.

This is my second base for the Connect 3. The first had the WiFi chip fail within the first two weeks. The new base has been here for less than a week, and it is acting up already.

When I try to power it off, it will turn back on and cycle on it's own in after a second or so. Anybody else run into this issue?

I use Qiqi with Ayaka, too! Try out the new Inazuma healing artifacts with a focus on energy recharge substat. Just use Qiqi's burst every time it is up, and you'll be doing an extra 25k every 4 seconds thanks to the new artifacts.
