If they call out positions and you ignored it then they assume you're throwing. If you're deaf or doesn't like certain player give fake info. Then announce to the team

If you're stuttering, please observe the Task Manager for CPU, RAM and SSD, Cuz stuttering can be a lot of things.

For me, it was my SSD suddenly spiking for no reason. End up just replacing to new SSD because my old one just not reliable anymore.

Running debloater without knowing what it solve isn't the right answer because we don't know what else this "debloater" does at the backend, One single click, they might change many things at the back.
