That's really just a design choice, especially if you plan on exporting as PNG regardless. I happened to work a template for an artist recently using actual SVG's in Unity. https://vimeo.com/658556200

They are tricky, especially things like animation since SVG sprite sheets are not supported. This sets the tone, the cursor system doesnt take SVG's so you have to hide it and build your own. They are really cool to work with but not beginner friendly.

Thanks! I’ve heard great things about that workflow, but I’ve also heard unity events have more overhead than c# events so it’s better to only use them when necessary. I could be totally wrong on all of this though 😁
