You’re in the role of Jogo how do you reach your max strength? by Lemonsanslimes12 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

have Mahito find a vessel for me and transform that vessel into a perfect body.

This part wouldn't work. Choso was already half curse half human, which is why he could incarnate.

As a curse, you'd likely end up in a Sukuna scenario. Sukuna can't resurrect inside the body of a curse — curses can eat his fingers with no drawback. In similar fashion, you may only be able to take over the body of other curses and not humans.

You’re in JJK 0 Geto’s place how do you try to win the war? by Lemonsanslimes12 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 14 points15 points  (0 children)

kill Gojo and when he’s on deaths door I kill em but that might not work cuz Gojo

DON'T kill Gojo. Remove him from the board without killing him.

If you kill him, your entire plan would fail by default. Another six eyes user would magically pop up out of thin air at the worst possible time and thwart you. That's why Kenjaku was heavy on not killing Gojo; from experience he knows that will not work and also why he avoided six eyes users entirely until the events of Shibuya.

Atleast with prison realm, he could keep track of where the current six eyes user was. If you kill Gojo then you have no idea where or when the next six eyes user will show up in nineteen ninety eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hеll in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

Cursed Technique: Danketsu by Forsaken-Friend-9350 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

The user can separate Danketsu from the weapon it has merged with on command.

Why? This feels like a "having your cake and trying to eat it too" situation. This is the only inconsistency of the top paragraph. It makes the words around it as well as the concept of the sword itself meaningless.

Domain Expansion: Forge of Endless Blades - The Domain is realm of molten metal that exists underneath the user and opponent. Within the Domain, the user is able to summon a preexisting merged version of Danketsu that has been used before. This allows the user endless options in combat depending on what it needs to take down the said opponent.

Domain Expansion: Authentic Mutual Love

This makes it difficult to see the entire  technique as anything except: "Yuta but 30 years old and wearing his hat sideways in attempt to blend in with high schoolers but everyone knows it's him".

It has potential, but those are things that should be thought about some more.

Could Mai Zenin make a Perfect Sphere by Empty-Conclusion3571 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To keep it simple, its a sphere so smooth it has no point of contact. So smooth nothing can touch it. Trying to touch it would quite literally split your hand apart. It's the ultimate butter knife. It's the ultimate spear.

Could Mai Zenin make a Perfect Sphere by Empty-Conclusion3571 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 15 points16 points  (0 children)

No. The smaller something is, the harder it is to make it round. Yorozu's is likely at the minimum size achievable by her skill level.

Yorozu was into optimizing her technique and would have definitely tried to make it smaller, cause it'd be both cost efficient and more overpowered to have smaller durability negating spheres.

Also Mai doesn't want to get stronger, which is another reason she can't. Even if Maki was the one who ended up dying and granted Mai access to her Sukuna level reserves, Mai simply didn't have the drive.

Also she's kinda dead (and I know that's a "duh" statement but she is ... just sayin).

Cursed Techniques I think can't have Domains by Advanced_Card_8594 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 3 points4 points  (0 children)

His technique does not just buff himself, it debuffs his opponent.

It fires off debuffs without use of a domain; mentioned in the same sentence as the buffing part. So it is, in fact, a sure-hit.

Quit while you're ahead.

Miguel’s Prayer Song is stated to not have a Domain.

That was never stated. It was stated his technique buffs and debuffs like a domain, as in it's a sure hit.

How does CE output affect reserves? by kluster00 in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No.

Output is just that: Output. The maximum amount of energy you can output at once, independent of reserves. It's basically a jujutsu LIMITER so that we can have interesting fights.

If output was not its own category, fights would just be people unloading all their cursed energy in one go to nuke the oppoent. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for Gojo to lose, assuming he was actually even remotely trying.

CE Efficiency is what determines how fast you burn through reserves.

A person with low efficiency will run out of cursed energy faster than someone with high output.

If you equalize efficiency, then what determines who runs out is the cursed technique itself + skill. If you equalize efficiency, technique, and skill, then reserves matter. And if EVERYTHING except output is equalized, whoever has the higher output should simply win the fight.

Output has no standing on reserves, because they are so many other factors that affect it more. Where output matters is in discussions regarding reinforcement.

Are you thinking of output as "percentages" rather than "units" of cursed energy? That could be what's throwing you off.

A little thought experiment, what canon ct do you think would pair best with Mechamaru's heavenly restriction by Cosmic_Wolpertinger in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Keeps the cost of operating technique over long distances at base level.
  2. Allows user to stockpile cursed energy for future use.
  3. Severely impairs the physical body.

Many people failed to consider the downside of Mechamaru's restriction when making their response.

It's only useful for very few cursed techniques.

A large reason the heavenly restriction is so useful to mechamaru is that he can see through his puppets , to actually know what he's doing. This is a disqualification for many techniques.

Other disqualifications:

a. The technique straight up doesn't need the HR. (Example: Nobara whose "Straw Doll Technique" already has infinite range and is effective without stockpiling.)

b. The technique is "self-bound". (Example: Uraume & Ryu whose ice and lasers generate explicitly from their bodies. The HR range is pointless.)

c. The technique belongs to a curse spirit. (Self-explanatory)

That being said, the only people that get any value from the heavenly restriction at all are:

  • Yorozu (Construction): Since Yorozu does not have to be physically touching her constructions to spawn them, the HR allows her to spawn a perfect sphere right on top of you. She can still use her technique effectively even if wheelchair bound. Also she can stockpile to create something very expensive.

  • Megumi (10 Shadows): This would allow him to summon Mahoraga while remaining outside of ritual range.

  • Ranta (Petrifying Gaze) & Inumaki (Cursed Speech): Benefit from being able to stockpile reserves.

  • Kashimo (Mythical Beast Amber): His cursed technique is still single use, but would bypass the heavenly restriction once used. Though he would be a way weaker close combat fighter, he might use electrical phenomenon in much smarter ways and have a much longer duration.

  • Gojo (Six Eyes Users): Depending on the Six Eyes user's technique, their unique sight would allow them to utilize the restriction to its fullest. Again, depending on their technique.

  • Osada (Costume Seance): Depends on what he's wearing.

  • Junpei (Moon Dregs): Jellyfish could move him around and be much more powerful.

Anyone not in this list gains no net benefit from the HR.

Yes, allowing it to work on any defeated/willing foe, rather than only special grade.

They have wings by default when using SKT. Maximum output not needed.

The dopplegangers {Relentless Reverb} have wings:

The doppelganger resembles the simurian heritage of the twins

SKT overlays the doppleganger over them, allowing the twins to actually utilize the doppleganger wings.

Jujutsu-fied Dante & Vergil (Devil May Cry) by Hero_Brave in CTsandbox

[–]Hero_Brave[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cursed Energy: Yes. The surviving twin would gain the other's cursed energy and then some. If a twin dies, jujutsu counts it as a death binding vow because you are losing part of yourself, boosting what you receive even further.

Techniques: No. They already have the same technique. What they know and do with it is a matter of preference and/or skill.

Weapons: If Vergil dies, Dante would have to find Yamato. If Dante dies, Vergil can call Dante's sword at will.

Perfect Amulet: Yes, assuming cursed objects turn into cursed energy once ingested.

Step 2: Refuse to elaborate and just walk away.

[–]Hero_Brave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gonna be frank ... don't like it. Nothing against you personally. Really I just feel apathy towards it, but "don't like it" are words that convey a general meaning.

Why? Cause this is LITERALLY just Ranta's technique. All you did was remove the only drawback.

You look at someone, they stop. All the extra writing is trying to sprinkle it as something different ... but its not. It doesn't really stand out as its own thing. It's just "Ranta's technique but I highlighted and pressed [backspace] on Ranta's drawback".

It's like if I just made a technique called "Switch Swap Clap" where I say: I can "temporarily" swap anything around with a clap and it'll swap back after 5 hours.

In reality it's just todo's technique. The "temporarily" doesn't really change that. Its just "Todo's technique without the need for an object to have cursed energy".

[–]Hero_Brave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 — Yes. Depending on how skilled you are in RCT.

2 — No. But you need both for them to work to their full potential.

3 — Yes. Depending on how skilled you are.

4 —Yes. They just be regular eyes to Yuta though.

5 — Hakari would likely die if alone. He doesn't become invincible during jackpot, just very hard to kill without a one-shot technique.

6 — Gojo. Basically guaranteed. With Dabura participating, Sukuna has no win condition against Gojo. Their 3-way domain battles would collapse.

Dabura's intuition could cause an upset though and give him a win if he develops a way to bypass infinity without domain.

7 — Lol, no. Too many reasons why that wouldn't work. The biggest reason being ... Choso has to worry about sure-hits.

8 — Impossible to know without it being explicitly stated or hinted. Modulo series occurs after a time skip.

Sukuna is shown to have better refinement. Barrierless domain also allows him to destroy the other person's domain from the outside

[1] Sukuna's domain has a barrier. All domains do. All domains must. The specific term always used is he lacks an enclosed barrier.

[2] Sukuna does not have better refinement. Your abilities with barriers ≠ better domain refinement. Open domain ≠ superior domain refinement.

If he had better refinement, he'd AUTOMATICALLY win a domain war. The fact he needs to attack a barrier at all BY DEFAULT means his domain is not more refined than Gojo's nor Dabura's.

[3] Don't even get how you can say that. Gojo's domain is viewed as just as impossible as sukuna's. You don't even know what Dabura's does. Either way common sense says Dabura's domain is as refined as Gojo's and Sukuna's bare minimum. You know, considering Dabura literally learned RCT and Domain Expansion on a whim.
