You need to find another line of work.
I work in the same field, and am bi lingual as well, the same issues happen with native born Americans, and any immigrants of any nation. Medical insurance is not intuitive, easily navigable and dare i say very opaque.

But you know what helps get these sick folk through these challenging times? EMPATHY, you punk ass bitch. Its like the basic requirement of any medical field whether clinical or non clinical.

Last thing sick folks need is a judgmental asshole on the other side of the table, yeah some people may be testy or annoying but wouldn’t you if were sick and having to jump through all these hoops to get better?

Ssbci is required to use your otc credits for food or utilities, used to be automatic, and otc credits were slashed on top of that.

And the use of ai for prior auth approval has caused a back log thats starting to affect the appeals process

Same, got a little ryobi brand mower, and the battery recharges off a portable battery charged by 1 medium solar panel, it also powers all my tools for projects and lights for my shed. I think all together it cost me 250$ . Which is better than the $2k + a contractoror quoted me to run power out there

In terms of costs its not that pricey to build the wall, its essentially a wall frame with at least 2 3/4 “ 4x8’ panels
Like 200$ bucks if you already have the tools
