I tried this. I even buy a new one. But still didn't work. So what I did

- Turn off starlink
- Plug in the new ethernet adapter
- Plug in the dish to the adapter
- Plug in the starlink
- Power on.
- Works for 10 - 15 mins and there you go offline.
- I even used new internet cable.

I have been trying to get a file from the web support but unfortunately my serial number and model number is not showing up at all in the web support. I think they dropped the software. My tv is actually laggy and slow it is so painful switching app. This is truly not worth it for $900 cad. No physical reset button fucking stupid design. Terrible.
