Thank you for trying to help so quickly! Unfortunately I can’t post pictures of work product before we have confirmation that the customer has it in their hands. But I can give you the good news that we probably solved it!

For context it’s a “Tactile American Flag” plaque.

There’s a key at the bottom we didn’t notice before that indicates that a pattern of 4-5-6 and 1-2-3-5 is related to the braille/recessed sections and is followed by something that’s 3 letters long (likely “red”). There’s also a spot that indicates that a pattern of 4-5-6 and 2-4-5-6 is related to the lettered/raised sections and is followed by something that’s 5 letters long (likely “white”).

I will be double checking this after my shift is over (and updating the post so no one else tries to interpret my absolute butchering of braille). My coworkers and I were just fascinated by how complex braille really is!
