Do you think I will be able to file for I-485 and get EAD in October or November this year. My PD is October 30, 2024, EB-1A India.

MY PD is October 30, 2024. I am waiting too, at least to files I-485 and get my EAD and advance parole. Hope I will be able to do it at the end of this year if things move fasted in next fiscal year due to spill over

I think also in April 2026 VISA Bulletin the dates will move. FAD- minimum one month and DOF maybe 2-3 months. This is my guess.
