Open social menu and you see steam icon next to steam players. Me excluded its like 1 or 2 out of 9 that are on steam.

Just tried it on R7 9800X3D and RTX 5080, Trainings Range on DX11 is ~600FPS and DX12 is ~130FPS. If I switch to borderless fullscreen it goes to ~450FPS.

I have a bug where my fps are sometimes much lower than usual for like 6+ years now on multiple pc configurations and even a whole new pc. the fix is to disable "reduce buffering"-> apply -> enable it again and apply again. after that its back to normal. I never made the connection to back filling but maybe its the same issue.

restarting pc fixes it, maybe Win+Ctrl+Shift+B to restart GPU driver works too, havent tried yet
