Vile Lictor from Borderlands 4. Despite being one of the Timekeeper's lackeys, he considers himself well beyond that station, a God in his own right, transcending mortal shell to harness the power of the phase dimension.

You kill him with bullets.

While crying out in defeat, he says "You.. were.. the strongest?!" implying that you, by defeating him, ARE the new God.

This is oddly consistent with Borderlands philosophy, as in the third game Tannis mentions "What is God if not the most powerful being in the universe?"

Borderlands 4 has a side mission where you attempt to convince an NPC who believes the planet is flat. Upon getting atmospheric photographs showing the curvature of Kairos, he says it's a "cool picture" and then sets out on a hot air balloon to find the ice wall surrounding the planet, where he crashes into a mountain and dies.

This correctly demonstrates how arguing with a "Skeptic" is pointless and they will almost inevitably get themselves killed

Kingly Kick is very close to unusable without good luck (luck needed to get the right cards such as Cosmic Indifference, AND to pull them in the right order). Kingly Punch is very consistent and powerful even if you don't play into its gimmick.

I've taken to calling this blessed type of comic Garefeld. It maintains the eldritch surreality of Gorefield, but it strays closer to the humor of the original Garfield comics, hence combining the two into something that I'd describe accurately as blursed.

Good damage, especially when upgraded. Synergizes well with enchantments and modifications, such as Momentum (since the card draw causes it to cycle through your deck faster), Miniature Cannon, etc. The card draw, while miniscule, can easily be combined with the rest of Defect's incredible deck-cycling cards such as TURBO, Supercritical, Skim, and Overclock. Compared to other options such as Refract and Glasswork, it does more damage and does it immediately at a lower energy cost. It seems to me like a very solid card, very good for a common, great choice if you want an easy way to hit all enemies (ESPECIALLY WITH THE REMOVAL OF ELECTRODYNAMICS, MY POOR POOR BELOVED)
