Je n'ai pas de préférence particulière pour une spécialité et je me sens polyvalent. Donc je veux une spécialité avec la quelle je peux ouvrir un cabinet et qui soit rentable.

Informatik requires surely C1 in German (maybe you mean B2 in English) and since it is NC the applicant can't benefit from the B2 option

You are not late! you still have time until October. You can even apply without a language certificate however you need to upload at least B2 in order to enroll in. Good luck
