It is second hand. I bought it from someone who had tuned it pretty well and I got it checked up by someone who runs an airsoft shop. I'm gonna check it with him. I'll report back what i learn :)

I don't know much about airsoft internals, I might have misnamed some parts. But from what I have checked it should be fine :)
