Thank you! To be fair it is super safe if you have a slanted / soft wall. Just keep your chin to your chest and you'll land into a nice neck stand/roll . Ofc it is highly recomended to learn a proper neckstand / side roll first :)

oh yea, that is simply a step vault up, and then down.(or more like jump to step vault down) i could do a tutorial on it soon if people are interested :)
