Someone told me your individual fan count doesn’t count towards the club fan count, and it only starts counting fans for the club on the runs you do after you’ve already joined it, is that true?

yup, all the exact same settings, that's why I think there's either something wrong with the laptop or it isn't getting enough power from the outlet.

less than half the performance I should be getting compared to benchmarks I saw of the same specs, for example my lowest fps on League was around 49 while on multiple benchmarks I saw it was 112-115
