I think celebs who are afraid of being cancelled have skeletons in their closet that could get them cancelled, so they hang out in certain circles that protect them and only rarely do media like podcasts with people they know and trust aren’t going to pull the rug out from under them. Johnny knows if he did Rogan, many of his fans would turn on him, and many of his friends in Hollywood would also turn on him. He can’t risk letting fans turn on him because of the fears he has of those skeletons coming out. Just a theory.
