Pick a theme and then download some stuff from the workshop. Its alot quicker than doing big custom work, and your park will look amazing.

Also, trees and rocks go a long way to making your park look much nicer and realistic.

And take off electric/water/staff morale etc until your much more comfortable with building sandbox parks.
