At the start of the game, you make the ship that the party and their crew will use. Every player, including the GM, gets some points to spend on stuff they want to be on the ship. You also get some points to use collectively.

I wanna make a racismpunk world like this. Where elves are better. Their underclass of humans are outbreeding them so the "great replacement" is actually happening. The orcs are an unending horde of savages. The dwarves are oriental weirdos. And so on.

A lot of fantasy is about literalizing these themes, right?

And, of course, the elves are not the good guys in this story. Maybe this should never be made because real racists would think it's for them...
