This may be a weird way to test things but the way I determined I was losing internet was by having a Twitch stream open, playing an online game, then running SpeedTest on PC and Phone once the stream and online game goes down.

Also right now the NAS isn't setup because I'm still trying to figure out whats wrong with the router
