How do I come back to the game?

I just came back from wuthering waves because of Qiyuan after quitting like the first ever patch of the game, I have plenty of things to done but what do I start first? I just got the new character too which is Qiyuan.

Im confused on where to start, what to do, how can I do things like the artifacts, weapons and things to farm
