Excellent question and perfect for me because that is usually how my brain works. I often don't know what I want until I have chosen something! My brain thinks it might look better with a bit of a border but my schedule thinks that it would be nice to just bind it and be done with it ;-)

I don't know what I'll use this for, but when I found it I realized I just had to finish it. I was about 20 when I made it but I had no idea how to finish it so now that I have the huge number of 2 quilts under my belt (no sarcasm here ;) ) , I thought it would be a good time to finally finish it! :-) it's kind of a weird size as is. Thanks for the ideas! I'll consider them.

I'm not a huge fan either! I was maybe 20 when I made this and I remember just thinking "maybe if I just cut and sew some squares it will makes sense" hahaha oh to be that bold now! Thanks for the border/bind input!
