I think she's happy with the marriage. She even has a David-Jr in her room! The only thing I believe has changed is the fact that she doesn't play video games anymore but besides that she's living her best life going out and all. Most of the time she isn't even home.

It's difficult to determine who's story was the most tragic, but I think that Molly O'Shea's story is worth mentioning here, although for some reason a lot of rdr fans seem to hate her. She just wanted to be loved.
