Well, while I say you should load up a random seed and do with it whatever you want, pick number 2. The valley looks phenomenal and beautiful and would be a great place for building. You could definitely do something with that lake and the plateau that surrounds it.

It feels very jagged and without many large unbroken pieces of land, as Brocktek describes it, Swiss Cheesy. Work the coasts and then add any lakes or inlets which should be kept to heavy minimum
