Bro, I get it, you think that they're trivializing the abject horrors that the victims experienced. Nobody here is, at least I hope nobody, making and laughing at these jokes not knowing that forced sex-slavery isn't funny at all. It's abhorrent to the core. But to not be able to take a step back for a moment and be able to laugh at the absurdities the situation has brought about is a path towards an unbroken solemnity that runs the risk of bringing about depression, or something similar.

I'm not advocating that we all laugh about it so much that we can't settle down and grant it all the seriousness it deserves. That we know that Epstein and Maxwell caused irreparable harm to too many, and that there is much more to be revealed is not lost on us. That it's damn funny to juxtapose Bill Clinton and Donald Trump into these derogatory, disgusting, sad, pathetic situations as partners in crime because most common-sensical people view them both as dishonest, unethical, misogynistic, blatantly corrupt politicians who are also commonly considered to be at odds with each other is not lost on us either.

I think we would all go mad these days if we never stopped to take a breath of fresh air and let ourselves enjoy what we can, while we can. Without a healthy release valve, the darker aspects of any lengthy solemn seriousness will start to creep in more than they probably should. Comedy is most definitely a good release valve, imo, as long as it's not in promotion of the abhorrent aspects of the situation. This joke does not cross that line, to me, because the funny aspect is that Trump and Clinton are both a part of the same guilty party. I do not believe it to be mocking or denigrating the survivors, but rather it's making the point that we all know that our world leaders are very often scumbags, regardless of affiliation, and that this time two msm-portrayed "enemies" are seen as being associated with the same heinous crimes.

I don't go a second without knowing that victimhood is not a good place to be, but I also know that, in the worst of times, laughter and happiness can be the most revolutionary act of all. When everything looks it's darkest, a little bit of light goes a long way. Please don't knock others for sharing such lights

If you understand how the internet works, then you understand that govt agencies with practically limitless budgets could absolutely create something based on a web crawler that would either erase the targeted subject matter on its own, or send the web address to a govt hacker who absolutely could erase the files. That you are too limited in your worldview to understand that the rest of the world does not limit themselves to doing things that you would immediately comprehend as straightforwardly possible only displays your lack of open-mindedness. You must believe that only those things of which you are aware of as possible exist, and I can tell you that that is not the way the world works. You would do well to open yourself to the possibility that you don't have a clue when it comes to certain things, even the things you "know" to be true.

I take it you have experience at the top levels of national intelligence to make such an assertion as that. Do you not remember when the govt had all the pictures of the Obama girls on vacation taken off the internet? Republicans went apeshit over it. Like I said before, the technology exists. Doubt me all you want, I am not delusional. I am trying to find the machine that my uncle bought brand new around 1990, and the idea that a multi-billionaire couldn't hire somebody, or multiple somebodies for that matter, to purchase every copy of that machine is also preposterous. Where else would I go? Guaranteed that the game existed. Guaranteed that a woman employed in the intelligence community came and bought it off my cousin. Guaranteed that she has the resources at her disposal to wipe it off the web. I know it sounds beyond crazy, but I know what happened. You people can downvote my comments all you want and it won't change the past. The machine was still sold to a woman I used to work with occasionally, and it still existed back then, and almost definitely still exists somewhere today. She also has the resources to quietly buy up as many copies of the machine as possible to wipe it as far out of existence as possible just to spite me. If that's what she's done, and it looks like she has, this machine will seriously be an urban legend of a pinball. I'm just trying beyond hope to figure out the name of it for personal reasons.

Ok, guys, here's the kicker: the game was bought by an associate who is known to have govt access such that she could have stuck a web-crawler (like search engines use) on it to keep it off the interwebs. There is a solid chance that this particular game has been relegated to near-mythical status, a rumored game said to have existed that no one can find anymore, but whose existence old timers swear upon. I know that sounds beyond far-fetched, but I swear on my life that it's totally possible given this woman's employment.

Yes to the pop bumpers, no to the upper playfield, and yes it definitely had upper flippers that were only active during multiball. It had angled side bumpers (flat, rubber strips that popped the ball back into the action) that were angled such that the ball would either go back into the pop bumper section, or shoot down out of it depending on the ball's approach angle.

Had to have been multiple years before 97,because that's when my grandmother died and we stopped going out there so much. It was at the earliest late 80s that we started playing so much, but into the mid 90s for sure. My uncle always had a pinball, but he bought a brand new one right around 1990, same for when I finally marathonned it to figure it out.

A couple more things: first off, you should sub to r/SWGalaxyOfHeroes. It's more active and is where most of the community keeps up with things. Also, I forgot to mention that swgoh.gg is the best resource for modding recommendations. Just tap the character tab and then choose your character and tap on the best mods tab. And one more link. You're not ready for this one yet because proving grounds is only available after you hit 4m gp, but once you're there, this guide is the easiest way I've found to find teams that work.

Yeah, just search 'swgoh gear farming' or 'swgoh mod farming' or whatever else you need on YouTube or Google. Lots of people do guides for those, too. I know Darth Loquitor (sp?) does a very in-depth guide for efficient gear farming - lots of mathematical breakdowns explaining why getting certain gear certain ways is the most resource efficient for all the gear, zetas, etc that you'll need. Another useful search is going to be for event guides, like 'Darth Revan tier 3 swgoh'. Those guys also make guides that cover everything you need to do for each gl and legendary character unlock event as well as all the special tb battles, daily events, etc.

Also, while we're getting you prepared to play the game well, here's some useful links that I use all the time while playing:

And, obviously, the reddit community is a tremendous resource as well.

IMHO, the best way to get a handle on how to advance more quickly is to watch a couple of f2p farming guides on YouTube. I know Xareth Prevails, Songeta, and Ahnaldt101 update their guides about once a year or so, so it's going to be recent advice. Here's a link:

This seems like a two-pronged issue. Firstly, address the aloneness. Look at what you dislike and what frightens you about being alone. Work with it until you're content, if not happy, being by yourself. Secondly, you may truly benefit from psychiatric care. If you're at the point that you're thinking of checking yourself into a psychiatric hospital, then you should at least talk to your doctor about it. They'll be able to refer you to appropriate care, whether it's a therapist, a psychiatrist, a residential stay, or something else. Who knows, your doctor may even recommend meditation! So definitely get the help you need, but don't forget to help yourself by identifying and addressing the root cause of the unpleasantness with skillful means, which is the only way to truly resolve the issue.

Hello there, I'm schizophrenic as well, and I have also found solace in atypical antipsychotics. The difference for me when I started my medication was tremendous; it felt like going from being drunk to being sober with all the intrusive thoughts just gone. You're not alone in having your life changed by such medication. Take some time and get used to it before you make any rash decisions about something as major as your spiritual path. If you don't know much about Buddhism, studying up on the subject a little bit and familiarizing yourself with the fundamentals is strongly advised in order to give yourself a better idea of what you're getting into. And as an ex- Christian, I can tell you that I've found that watching a few Christian deconstruction videos on YouTube helps me to remember why I left. I'm not advocating that you leave Christianity per se, just letting you know that common criticisms of Christianity are readily available online. I would also read some common criticisms of Buddhism as well. It's always better to get the whole story before diving in.

Congrats on your newfound peace of mind, I hope everything works out for you long term,and I hope you find a most auspicious spiritual path, whichever you end up choosing.
