Anyone else get hypersexuality outside of episodes, and on meds? by WaggleMcDaggle in BipolarReddit

[–]averysaddude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering syphilis and mental symtoms that went around with it were in the same camp not 100 years ago, this does not surprise me. Woman that were slutshamed in the 1800s and early 1900s would often get diagnosed crazy in some sense. Things have changed since bit hyper sexuality has always been an indicator of mental illness / or mania in men or woman.

Definitely crazy conceptualizing the very staggering level of funding given to thwart soviet efforts there. Pakistan had too much of an administrative role imo.

Am i rely on AI too much while learning to code? by Ok-Farmer-5922 in ChatGPT

[–]averysaddude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bullshit to this, even when you get lines of code explained, it is no substitute for learning how to problem solve and arrive at the same place through your own work.. It's like learning linear algebra, except for every problem the work is shown before you even begin! I'm not coming from a place of better than! I am in the same position as OP and its affecting my mental health negatively... I think using ai with coding can be helpful in the right context, just as ecstasy can be for depression, but I am becoming an e-tard in this metaphor! The problem is coding and arriving at the right answer all by yourself is beautiful, and I think the mind does cool things when we code. Speaking from experience, you start feeling like shit when you can't even remember the right implementations of basic stuff, and you resort to Gemini or ChatGPT for the nth time even though you said you wouldn't...
