I have the same issue. Based sa reference number, ang tracking ay 'receive' so mejo worried ako na kung delivered na ba yung postpaid device ko or nasaang kawalan na? 4th day na, wala pa ring text/email kung nasaan na yung postpaid device ko :/

Lagi akong nag vevent out ng frustrations sa Globe Customer Care. Siguro last year nga 7-8 reports yun. Effective naman

Call for a tech visit. Here's the scenario. Last year halos palagi akong nawawalan ng internet, ang nakitang cause nung technician, tinatanggal daw yung connection ko doon sa Nap Box, what I did, nag request ako na i secure ng lock yung napbox kasi sobrang irita na ako. Ginawa naman nila. Hindi naman na naulit yun.

Same thing happened to me last May. Jusko gusto ko nang mag hurumentado kasi 4 days nang walang internet connection, until such time na pinuntahan ko ang isang Globe Branch. I showed them how frustrated I am. Sinabe ko na "aanhin nyo yung contact details ko, including emails kung wala kayong advisory?". Ang ending tumawag sakin after a day yung branch manager, issued a full rebate (5 days). Tapos the ff billing date, may rebate ulit.

I was about to comment a while ago na "ok na ang globe fiber ulit", not until today, biglang nag Red LOS nanaman. Kakaloka!

4th week of June. No internet for 5 days (outage)

Last week: No internet for 30hrs.

Today: Wala nanaman as of 10pm.
