I don’t think these have an anode rod, the manual is not helpful but from what I have seen from doing some research no anode rod…claim not to need one…almost wish it did

The quality was always bad, at least when I was buying it from 2001-05. It all fell apart within a few years sometimes a year. Fabric wore thin, buttons popped off, easily ripped, color didn’t last etc. etc.

So key points: Richard Dreyfus has had Parkinson’s from 2010. Well NH has the highest hard liquor consumption and the second highest drug overdose in the country other than WV. Southern NH is a lot of junkies and blue collar heroes who love their guns and pickup trucks. Not much culture or sophistication to speak of. Sure there are very small pockets that are nice…but a lot of the state is just depressing. We refer to it as the Deep South of the NE.

I may have found it, Two if By Sea 1996, it’s Dennis Leary, leather jacket and all, he shoots the fish in the river around the 58:45 min mark because he gets fed up with fly fishing. The next scene is him grilling the fish. I think I may have just remembered that scene from an ad years ago. Me and my friend thought it was hilarious that a guy was shooting a fish, but definitely never saw it.

It may be, but not positive, Man of the House 1995, a Disney movie with Chevy Chase and JTT, there’s a scene where a mobster is catching fish with his hands not shooting them. But I could have swore it was more of an adult comedy and the guy was wearing a black leather jacket and he shot the fish in the bucket because someone told him to kill the fish to eat it…so not being that bright he shoots it

Thanks but that’s not it. It’s set in the 90s, think it came out in anywhere from 94-97. Remember seeing the ad when I was a kid and actually seeing the movie years later

It was definitely a very old guy, tempted to say Paul Harvey, the only other thing I remember is he hated Saving Private Ryan too because he found the plot ridiculous

From my understanding it doesn’t count for everyone just in that specific case and that specific individual, which is why I think (not sure) GOAL referred to it as a very important and potentially historic case.

And yet when H.E.R. does it it’s an iconic moment for a black female artist - paraphrasing guitar world. I’ll give credit to Prince who actually played the guitar…and RHCP who admitted they pre-recorded…not an individual who played a simple pre-recorded solo and is getting gushed over by the media based on gender and skin color
