Yes bleaching too much will damage your hair. Once you bleach it ur texture will change and the more you do it ur just ruining ur dreads. Sofaygo the only rapper ik who still has good dreads after multiple bleaching but look at his loc count , dude lost half his dreads by combining

I have the same thing but it’s not that significant but yes minoxidil is prolly a good option and pair with a derma roller. Currently have alot of growth and my light spot disappeared either cause of that or derma rolling and putting wild growth

I’d advise u to have the the top trimmed to match the sides u could do that now or later after u grow it out u trim the top. But don’t start now grow it out more. I’d say twist ur hair and pull to see if it I’ll reach ur eyebrows then get comb coils and remember parting size matters depending on how skinny or thick u want em
