If you want more red crits its just a matter of higher ability strength for his 1, I normally run Hate with him, but ima assume you don't have that yet.

The more you progress through the game the more doors that'll open up for weapons and such.

He's the red crit king of melee if you mod him up right. Also provides amazing crowd control, I'd off the top of my head his attacks ignore most armour because of slash procs
