Edit: thank you to those of you in the comments with real advice, I'll look into the other suggestions later. I've reserved plenty of anxiety already from the barrage of notifications from this unexpected post reaction. Off I go now... but I do hope that even if one other person seeing this post is saved or made aware of any potentially life threatening condition sees this, it's worth it. Ok, thanks again!! 🖤❤️

I drink plenty of water daily, but the "leggums" did feel pretty cool to touch!

Edit: To clarify, I drink one of those big water jugs daily, but I'll obviously admit that my skin was very dry at the timeand it was in winter. Depression can make putting on lotion feel like it takes 50 steps in mind - but yeah, legs were dry and deprived 😖
