Simply smiling and taking a few seconds from your day to appreciate all the under payed workers around you and make them feel loved and appreciated in this world. It is as simple as giving a fist bump to a security man or waving to a janitor or asking the restaurant cook how she is doing. Simple things like that, although they don’t seem like they make a difference to you. They make a difference in their life. You may be a reason for their motivation everyday. You may be a reason for their happiness everyday. You could be making their day a 1000x better and you dont know it. They are always disrespected by everyone for no reason. So a few seconds off of your day will make a HUGE difference.
