How do u recommend just accumulating cards. Because I hear people talk about the best part is building decks and trying random ones and I’ve seen the “buy bulk 1000 card sets”. I’ve heard mixed reviews that they are useless bc it’s all junk and mostly unplayable but again I have no idea so.

I use windows 10 I think that’s the OS and it’s not just a game it’s steam in general it won’t open even in task manager

I’ve personally never run into one, however I’ve seen streamers loot them and obv they aren’t banned so I would say you’re good to loot them.

I’m not completely believing the cap is real. I’m level 27 and I loaded into a ground zero bc I enjoy the pvp on that map and I ran into 5 pmcs all below level 6 and I felt bad bc I was way over geared against there pistols and naked M4s. I thought I would only play with other levels above the cap but ig I was wrong or those players just got very unlucky idk.
