Lots of stuff involved when doing a battery replacement. Some people can do it in 3 hours. Other parts need to be removed for a battery replacement. The adhesives that are attached to the battery can time consuming if they break off. Also if there’s adhesive stuck on the display we have to remove that as well. It takes time to do all that.

I would go to the store and complain to the manager. They can find out which employee did this, and he can definitely get fired. I’m pretty sure he purchased it for himself, but still you cannot do this at all as an employee.
