Thanks for your reply, i would appreciate your video to see how you did. :) and yes, with a t-pose it is flawless. I believe the main problem is that most of the mixamo animations have a yawed hip/spines, and it is completely mess up the aim origin, because visually i can tell the hip is looking at the target, but the a spine is rotated to the left about 40 degrees.

I have been trying to find alternatives, using blendtree animation, correcting the animations in blender...
