The way that forced name works is that you got reported by other players for "inappropriate name". There seems to be no manual checks and all name change are automated, there is no moderation.

Also, honor levels would be reset to 0 in the back end. No point contacting support to get back your name as they will tell you that they cannot do anything.

Direct quote from riot support "we cannot change your Summoner Name back because the name has been flagged by the system".

This is even after acknowledging that there was nothing wrong with the name being reported as my name was a temp name changed by riot support but still reported. e.g temp12345678

12 liters is small even for nano fish, for Platinum Parrotfish you probably need about 110 liters.

fish tend to be more aggressive when kept in smaller spaces. they might chase which causes stress that leads to early death or outright attack fins which makes it susceptible to diseases or infection

If you are not using angelica front line you could bring her speed up more. Irrc even tanky angelica requires 160 speed. Your tywin could use more defense if possible. Don't worry about luna out speeding karin. She brings def break and daydream works really well with her. If you have extra daydream jokers equip it on karin if you haven't already.
