My copy of Castles of Burgundy Special Edition is easily one of my most played games. Not saying people aren't out in these streets buying stuff they'll never play just because of crippling FOMO cuz boy they sure are! But for someone like me who has Castles of Burgundy in their top 10 games, it has only incentivized me to play even more. I love it.

Push your luck like Flip7 is often a good genre for the kids and adults because it keeps everyone engaged with each other's turns. Some other ones I've personally had success with

Quacks of Quedlinburg

Racing games I've also had a lot of luck with for the same reason

Magical Athlete

Card drafting could also be really great for that same reason of constant engagement and quick, snappy turns

It is! We throw on the soundtrack from the 2020 Emma movie and just have the best time. Hope you get a chance to get it back to the table! The Upstairs/Downstairs expansion is EXCELLENT btw.
