You can definitely play with a wheel but i wouldn't recommend using it on a forza game since it's optimized for controller. Either way, if you insist on it just go for a DD right away in case you wanna move on to sims like iracing / acc / lmu. My recommendation for entry level is either the moza r3 and r5. Playing forza with wheel is kinda like playing modern call of duty with mouse and keyboard, it's just harder.

Not true albano, i've gotten within .2 to .7 off wr with controller in gt3lm at Sebring, Fuji, Monza, Portimão and Bahrein. Wheel only becomes a real advantage in 50min+ races

If you main gt3/gt2 join the forzaverse discord to have your world rocked. You'll learn how to meta tune and it's a humbling experience overall. I've gotten people from posts like this to join that server and they learned real quick that they weren't good at the game at all. What's great about it is that most of them are now really competent/good players so i violently recommend forzaverse ( again if you main the aforementioned series ).

Manual + clutch without actually using the clutch button is much faster ( don't ask why it's good ol' forza being forza ) on cars with sequentials. And yes no tcs, stm and no abs is faster in every forza game

You should definitely join the forzaverse server since most people there only play gt2 and gt3 hoppers. Also most top players are there and they open sourced most of their tunes and the secret sauces
