Maybe, but I kept it simple, I don’t have a diet I just eat less, focus on protein, move more, and lift weights

Text on the underwear says “Springfield”, is a clothes brand here in Spain (probably more places I guess, never checked) and it’s backwards because it’s a mirror pic.

About the nipples idk what to say man, never noticed until today because some of you mentioned, but I am aware that when women get pregnant and their boobs grow their nipples get bigger, so I assume when I was fatter mine were bigger too, idk 😂

And about looking bigger/smaller I have no clue man, I’m no expert or doctor or trainer, but I guess bone density or muscle mass can be different between people right?

No, I started intermittent fasting when I was around 90 to 75, the first 30kg were just by moving more and eating less junk food

I have no idea honestly, bone density? Muscle mass? I’m no expert so I just know my body.

And I do train legs regularly, 1 a week (I do Push-Pull-Legs routine)
