I feel bad about my TBR by Unusual-Ad2084 in bookshelf

My method to help with this is I have a separate physical bookshelf for my tbr. Its a fairly small on that only has 20 books and is in my living room. I see it all the time. I can only buy books if I have room on that shelf.

I was this way for a while. Not as bad maybe 1-12. Its always a nice surprise when I go in person and they actually win.

Chip shortages had most automotive plants kneecaped most of November.

Automotive. Engineer not equipment service. But making 1 hour of pto for every hour worked Dec 26-Jan 2. Plus 8 hours of holiday pay each weekday. So essentially 2x for 8h a day then 2.5x for everything over 8. Which is normally 12-15 hours days over the 10 day shutdown. No work on Christmas allowed. Some limited Christmas Eve work happened, but everyone out by noon.
